TEO

Based on the definitions of Ecc, the Gene Ontology similarity (GO sim) and PCC, a new centrality method named TEO is proposed. The essential nature of a protein is determined by the probability that the protein co-cluster, co-expresses, and shares similar functions with its neighbors.
