Definition
This model is the combination of three important factors:
In this model, ISoECC acts as the main body, CNCC and CNMCC act as fine tuning.
Improved SoECC
The improved IECC defined as: In this model, all the definition of variables is similar with SoECC, while (Nv–Nu) presents the nodes set that are neighbors of vertex v, but not neighbors of vertex u. The improved sum of edge clustering coefficients of node u is noted as ISoECC, and is defined as follows:
CNCC
A node’s CNCC value represents the increase of connected components in the whole network.
CC(i) is the number of connected components of the whole
network when removing node u and all its connecting
edges, and CC(0) represents the number of connected components
of the original network.
CNMCC
A node’s CNMCC value represents decrement of nodes number in maximal connected component.
MCC(0) represents the nodes number in maximal connected
component of the original network, and MCC(i) is
the nodes number in the rest maximal connected components
when removal node u and all its connecting edges.
